Landmark
Technologies is an Arizona surveying company located in the Show Low area
and providing professional survey work in all Arizona counties. Most of our
work is performed in
Navajo and
Apache
counties. As Landmark's owner, I am committed to quality land surveys.
Landmark is registered with the
Arizona State Board of
Technical Registration [BTR]. As a board member of
Arizona Professional
Surveyor's [APLS] and the Show Low Chapter President, not only am I aware of changes in the survey field,
but take part in improving the awareness and quality of work in the survey
industry.
Established in 1999, Landmark Technologies has been doing a wide variety of
survey work. I have done work ranging in size from small land surveys to
large subdivisions. Some of this work includes: United Postal Service's
ALTA Surveys,
Arizona Game and Fish
lake and ranch topographies and boundary surveys,
Indian Health Services
water line strip topographies, WMAT Housing Subdivions, Pinetop Country Club's golf course boundary,
Navajo County flood elevation certification for

boundaries, and more.
Committed to customer satisfaction, Landmark has made customer records
easily accessible by posting information on its website. Customers have
access to their work at any hour. A great effort is made to establish clear
communications with each customer in order to ensure
that
customer requirements are met. All land survey jobs start with a work
authorization which includes the cost of the work as well as scope of work
to be done. This gives the customer a chance to see what survey services
will be performed and how much it will cost, before any survey work is done. As owner, I try
to see that all work meets or exceeds the customer's needs, State Survey
Standards, and all local and state statutes.
Landmark uses high-quality equipment and software. Our GPS, Total Station
and leveling equipment is Leica brand. Leica equipment is known in the
industry for its accuracy and precision. Landmark equipment includes: Leica
system CS15 GPS system with standard GPS and Glonass Satellite systems
useing dual-frequency satellite GPS receivers capable of both static and rtk GPS surveying, Leica Total Station and level,
high resolution HP plotter, Epson printer, and scanner. Landmark's software
includes: Microsuvey for high-quality professional maps; Microsoft Office
and Google docs
for legals, elevation certification, and other documents; and Adobe Acrobat
Pro for customer-friendly pdf files.
